5-Day Retreat Itinerary

Below you will find a standard sample itinerary for our standard 5-Day retreats. Please note the times and schedule is subject to be changed according to your needs and preferences.

Day 1:

  • Check-in starts at 12:00 p.m., followed by a guided house tour to acquaint you with the serene surroundings.

  • Settle into your accommodation and enjoy delightful snacks and fresh-pressed juices.

  • Join us for tea time before dinner.

  • Wind down with a nourishing dinner followed by a yoga and sound bath session.

Day 2:

  • Begin your day with an energizing morning yoga session followed by a wholesome breakfast.

  • Embark on a guided hiking tour to immerse in nature's beauty.

  • Enjoy lunch either at the retreat house or as a picnic during the hike, followed by free relaxation time.

  • Indulge in smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, coffee or tea before a delectable dinner followed by a yoga and sound bath session.

Day 3:

  • Start the day with morning yoga and a nourishing breakfast.

  • Engage in another guided hiking tour or opt for relaxation time at the retreat house.

  • Join us for tea time or replenish with smoothies and juices before dinner and a yoga and sound bath session.

Day 4:

  • Embrace the morning with yoga, breakfast, and another hiking tour or relaxation time.

  • Join us for tea time or enjoy smoothies and juices, followed by dinner and a yoga and sound bath session.

Day 5:

  • Uplift your morning with yoga and a hearty breakfast.

  • Check out by 9:00 a.m. with gratitude and newfound well-being, ready to carry the retreat's transformative journey forward.

* Kindly be advised that participation in yoga classes and hiking tours is entirely optional throughout your stay. Should you prefer to fully immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of the retreat house and its tranquil surroundings, you are welcome to forgo these activities at your discretion.
