Cancellation & Refund Policy

In Person & Virtual Retreats

To get a full refund, you must cancel or reschedule 33 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be issued after the 33rd day period passes.

For virtual retreats you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the start date and time of your retreat. No refunds will be issued after the 48 hour time period has passed.

If Sunshine Paradise Retreat Cancels a Retreat:

Sunshine Paradise Retreat reserves the right to cancel a retreat at any time. If your retreat needs to be canceled, we will notify you immediately and have the following options available to you:

You will receive a full refund.
You may reschedule to another date.

Private 1:1 Sessions with Ashlee Sunshine

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us by email at info@sunshineparadiseretreat.com at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a $55 rescheduling fee. No-shows without communication will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Ashlee Sunshine's Closet (Items Worn by Ashlee Sunshine)

At Sunshine Paradise Retreat, each item from Ashlee Sunshine's closet is carefully described and inspected before being offered for sale. Because our items are secondhand/vintage/unique, all sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once a purchase is complete.
Please review item descriptions, photos, and sizing details carefully before placing your order.
If you have any questions about fit, fabric, or condition, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to provide extra information or photos.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives significantly different from its description (wrong item sent, undisclosed major damage), please reach out via email at info@sunshineparadiseretreat.com within [3 days] of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
