
Meet Ashlee Sunshine
Hi, I’m Ashlee. In March 2025, my life changed in an instant. I lost the love of my life after complications to a sudden brain aneurysm rupture. He was my partner, best friend, and soulmate. Losing him shattered me.
In the months that followed, I found myself needing a different kind of support—one that was quiet, conscious, and deeply human. I wanted a space where I didn’t have to perform or explain—just be.
That’s what I now offer others.
Through my background in philosophy, psychology, over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training, and more than a decade guiding clients, I combine wisdom from Eastern traditions with heart-led presence.
These sessions are for those grieving a deep loss—offering safe space, somatic healing, breathwork, mindful movement, and soul nourishment to begin integrating what feels impossible.
This is a space where your grief is valid. Where your journey can be slow. Where nothing is expected of you, but everything is welcome.

Sacred Offerings

Sacred Grief Support Session
A place to talk, breathe, cry, and be held.
This is a one-hour private session for anyone navigating the deep waters of grief, heartbreak, or loss. You’ll have the space to share openly, be heard without judgment, and gently receive support from someone who understands. We may incorporate breathwork, a short meditation, intention setting, sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls or other grounding practices to help you regulate and reconnect.

Grief-Soothing Guided Meditation
Softness for your nervous system and your soul.
This session offers a 30- or 60-minute personalized meditation created just for you—crafted to help ease emotional pain, anxiety, restlessness, or emotional numbness. Whether you need comfort, connection, or calm, I’ll guide you into a practice that meets your energy and needs. Some meditations are rooted in Buddhist principles I've studied with monks in Nepal-offering compassion-based practices to help calm the heart and mind.

Gentle Grief Yoga Session
Reclaim your breath. Feel your body. Return to the moment.
This slow, trauma-informed yoga session is designed for hearts in mourning. We move gently, breathe deeply, and honor where you are. With a nurturing blend of Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and Hatha yoga, this practice is less about "doing" and more about simply being—with yourself, your grief, and your breath.
Perfect if you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or longing to feel your body again in a safe way.
