This is a one-on-one yoga session designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and supported-especially if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Through a therapeutic blend of Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and Hatha yoga, this session guides you into a slower, more intentional practice that nurtures your nervous system and builds gentle strength from the inside out.
Perfect for anyone with high energy or a racing mind, this session helps you release tension, breathe deeper, and root into the present moment.
