Navigating the Loss of a Soulmate: A New Offering from My Heart
In March of this year, 2025, my entire world shifted.
I lost my partner, my best friend, and my soulmate.
There’s no guidebook for this kind of grief. It’s not just the absence of a person—it’s the unraveling of a shared life, of future dreams, of the one soul who felt like home.
This experience with death and grief has been deep, layered, and raw. It’s shaken every part of me.
At the same time, it’s been strangely illuminating—transformational in the way only loss can be.
Some days, I couldn’t get out of bed.
Other days, I found brief moments of peace through meditation, movement, sound, and simply allowing myself to sit with what was rising—without judgment.
Through it all, something new has quietly emerged.
Something that wasn’t planned, but came straight from the depths of my own heart:
✨ Conscious Grief Wellness Retreats for Loss of Partner, Spouse & Soulmate ✨
These retreats—offered both in-person and virtually—are gentle spaces created for men and women who have lost someone they deeply loved.
Not to fix anything.
Not to bypass or push through.
But to be with this grief.
To rest.
To feel.
To be supported.
To reconnect with the part of you that still remains—through tenderness, nature, stillness, and shared presence.
Whether you’re early in your grief or further down the road, this space is here for you.
Each retreat includes:
– Guided meditation sessions
– Optional yoga and slow, nourishing movement
– Nature walks (in-person) or suggested rituals (virtual)
– Tibetan singing bowl sound sessions
– Wholesome meals (in-person) or optional meal inspiration (virtual)
– Grief support circles
– And space… just space to feel it all
My intention with this offering is simple:
To share what has helped me.
To connect with others who are moving through this kind of loss.
To create a soft place to land when the outside world feels like too much.
If you or someone you love is grieving the loss of a spouse, soulmate, or life partner—this is for you.
You don’t have to walk this path alone.
